Domestic Boiler and Loft Replacement under ECO4 Scheme

Project Overview

Project Name: Domestic Heating and Insulation Upgrade
Location: Cheshire, UK
Client: Private Homeowner under ECO4 Scheme
Duration: 3 Weeks (Survey to Completion)

Customer Background

A homeowner in Cheshire, England was living in a cold, hardtoheat detached house with an Frated EPC, rising gas and electricity bills and uncomfortable cold spots in key rooms. The loft had virtually no effective insulation, the 26yearold Potterton Suprima boiler with no controls struggled to heat the home efficiently, and limited ventilation contributed to condensation and poor indoor air quality. The family wanted a longterm solution to reduce bills, improve comfort and protect their health in a property with clear scope for fabric and heating system upgrades.
